We run Google Local Services Ads for
Landscapers
Real homeowner leads in your service area, ready to quote. Name, phone, email, and the job they need done. Design-build, hardscape, full-service maintenance. You answer, you close. We handle everything else.
Get calls from people ready to hire.
Google LSA is the row of listings with the green checkmark at the top of the page. When someone Googles ‘landscapers near me,’ that’s the first thing they see. Photo, star rating, years in business, and two buttons: call or message.
On a phone, those top three listings are usually the only ones that get tapped. People don’t scroll. They call the first one that looks legit.
You don’t pay for clicks. You pay per lead, and only when someone actually calls or messages you. Google screens them by zip code, job type, and your hours. So when the phone rings, it’s a real homeowner asking about real work in your area.
Homeowners ready to hire don't shop around. They call the first business they see.

RECEIPTS, NOT SLIDESHOWS
Keep tabs on your LSA campaign in real-time.
Most agencies hide behind monthly reports. We don’t have reports. We have a dashboard you log into whenever you want, with every lead, every dollar in and out, and the status of each one.

Every lead, traced from ad click to signed contract.
Every call and text gets tagged the moment it comes in and
dropped into your CRM. Jobber, ServiceTitan, Aspire, HubSpot, Housecall Pro. If it has an open API, we connect it. No copying phone numbers off voicemails. No wondering which job came from where. You see exactly which lead turned into which contract, and what it was worth.
How Scaper Leads drives Google LSA.
Working with us is simple. We get the account live, the phone ringing, and the junk refunded. No decks, no theater, no four-week discovery. We get paid when the work closes, so we move at the speed you do.
- 01
Verify your business
We handle the Google background check, license uploads, and insurance docs. If your phone setup is held together with duct tape, we help you fix it before the ads turn on. Call routing, who picks up, what happens after hours. The phone has to actually get answered or none of this works.
- 02
Build the campaign
We map your service area zip by zip, turn on only the services you actually want to sell, and set the weekly budget. Design-build, hardscape, irrigation, whatever your shop runs on. The stuff you don’t want filling your schedule, like one-time mows, stays off.
- 03
Phone starts ringing
Most clients get their first real call within 7 to 10 days of launch. Calls go straight to your business line. You answer, you quote, you close. We watch how fast you pick up, how often calls go to voicemail, and how many leads we’re refunding. If something breaks, we see it before you do.
- 04
Refund the junk
Wrong number? Out of area? Someone calling about a job you don’t do? We file the dispute with Google and the money goes back to your account. Most agencies don’t bother. That’s why their clients pay for junk and ours don’t.

01
Licensed & insured
Google won’t verify you without it. Neither will we.
02
Crew of 3+
You need to absorb 5 to 15 new projects a month without dropping the ball. Your crew and your phone have to keep up.
03
Pick up the phone
LSA lives on the phone. Google watches how fast you pick up and ranks you on it. Voicemail is a closed door.
Don't bother if
You're doing under $750K in annual revenue.
Nobody in your business answers the phone during business hours.
You want us to handle your booking and scheduling directly.
Who We Are
The expert you'd hire without the agency in between.
I’m Ray Agrinzone. I’ve spent 20 years running digital marketing for local service businesses, and I’ve built a couple of my own. I started Scaper Leads because the systems the big franchise chains use to own Google should be available to the landscaping shop down the street. One channel: Google Local Services Ads. Done right, it fills a schedule. Your first month is on me. If I’m wrong, you walk.

FAQS
Things owners actually ask.
Q.01 What's a "qualified" lead?
A real homeowner in your service area, calling or messaging about a service you actually want to sell. Their name, phone, or email show up in your LSA dashboard the moment they reach out. If they don’t fit any of those criteria, we file the dispute with Google and you don’t pay.
Q.02 Who answers the phone?
You do. When a homeowner calls or messages, it goes straight to your business. We don’t intercept calls or reply to messages on your behalf. That’s part of what makes the leads work. Homeowners want to talk to the company doing the work, not a call center.
Q.03 What if my phone setup is a mess?
We help fix it before we turn the ads on. Bad call routing, no after-hours coverage, voicemail-only setup, all the things that kill a campaign before it starts. We audit your phone flow during onboarding and tell you what needs to change. Most of it’s quick.
Q.04 What services can LSA actually advertise for my business?
Google has 25 service categories under landscaping, split between “Landscaper” and “Lawn Care Provider.” We turn on the ones you want to sell, like design-build, hardscape, irrigation, sod, and drainage. We turn off the ones you don’t want filling your schedule. You decide what fills the calendar.
Q.05 How is this different from SEO or Facebook ads?
Different jobs entirely. SEO takes 6 to 12 months to rank and never guarantees calls. Facebook ads show up while people are scrolling, not searching. LSA shows up the moment someone Googles “landscapers near me” and is ready to hire. It’s the highest-intent channel Google has, and it’s what we focus on. SEO and Facebook can come later, on top of LSA.
Q.06 Does LSA work for design-build jobs, not just maintenance?
Yes. Our Denver case study averaged $15,731 per closed job, all from LSA leads. That’s design-build, hardscape, and full-service work, not mow-and-go. The homeowners using LSA aren’t price shoppers. They’re calling because they want the job done.
Q.07 Do I need a website?
Not to run LSA. Google verifies your business through your license, insurance, and Google Business Profile. A website helps with credibility once homeowners look you up, but it’s not required. If you have one, we’ll make sure it doesn’t undercut the calls coming in. If you don’t, we can talk about whether you need one.
Q.08 What happens if month one doesn't work?
You walk. No contract, no setup fee owed, no questions. You only pay Google for the actual leads that came in during the month. We don’t owe you anything and you don’t owe us anything. If we can’t deliver in 30 days, we shouldn’t be charging you in month two.
Q.09 Who actually does the work?
Ray Agrinzone, the founder. 20 years running digital marketing for local service businesses. No account managers. No junior reps. The person who built Scaper Leads is the one running your campaign.
Q.10 How much should I budget for Google LSA spend?
We recommend starting at $500 a week with Google. That puts your first-month ad spend around $2,000, with room to scale up as leads start closing. You control the weekly budget and can adjust any time. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to your business, separate from our fee.
Q.11 How long does it take to go live?
We can take over an existing account or rebuild it from scratch, depending on what shape it’s in. If your current campaign is working, we’ll optimize what’s there. If it’s a mess (wrong service categories, no review strategy, broken disputes), it’s usually faster to start clean.
Q.12 What if I'm already running LSA?
Most accounts go live in 7 to 10 days. The bottleneck is Google’s verification process, not us. License upload, insurance docs, background check, and badge approval. We’ve done this enough times to push it through cleanly.
